Internet Cafe Administrator Client is component of Internet Cafe Administrator software package. It is installed on client computers in internet cafe or club. Internet Cafe Administrator Client has function of protégé for your computers from unauthorized access. Internet Cafe Administrator Client must be in constant contact  with Internet Cafe Administrator Server which must be up and running. Basic options of this internet cafe software will be shortly described in the following text.

Internet Cafe Administrator Client is installed very simply and it needs to be started only once after installation, after it will start itself when Windows are started. Internet Cafe Administrator Client covers the whole screen, so it is not possible to start any other application, until Internet Cafe Administrator Client window is removed. This window contains two text fields for entering user name and password, together with buttons (in the shape of keyboard) for entering password. This possibility for entering password via buttons on Internet Cafe Administrator Client reduces possibility for stealing passwords with programs which monitor entered text from keyboard (so called snuffers).

Administrator can login with his/her user name and password without any limits and set all options on Internet Cafe Administrator Client. First that administrator needs to do is to define buttons for starting applications in four categories on Internet Cafe Administrator Client. He needs to enter name of program and path to executable file of wanted application, and perhaps path to icon for some particular button.

Administrator has also possibility to change names of categories, i.e. to arrange them as he/she wishes.

One of the big problems encountered in internet clubs and cafes is that multiple users unintentionally or intentionally delete some system files, change some Windows parameters and etc., whereby obstructing normal functioning of internet clubs. This cyber cafe software solves this problem by enabling restrictions and limits on clients. Internet Cafe Administrator Server allows administrator to define restrictions (by selecting certain fields) on server, and to apply them on one or more (all) clients directly from server. Administrator also has the possibility to set these restrictions on each client. This is very important and practical option which easily sets protégé and security on your computers.                                                  

These restrictions can be set for each client, however much simpler thing for administrator is to apply these restrictions from Internet Cafe Administrator Server.

We also noticed that owners of internet clubs (administrators) always want to have their logo or name of the club on client computers. Internet Cafe Administrator Client v2.0. gives this opportunity to tailor all options on start window. Under option "view client", it is possible to put any image in the background of starting window (JPG, GIF or BMP).

Color and position of field for logging (field with buttons and places for entering user name and password) and color of buttons can be also adjusted to background image.

Setting is very simple, for all options there are buttons which opens palette with colors for the administrator.

Setting of position is done with mouse, by holding left click pressed, so that object can be moved to wanted "preview" option. Administrator sets its position and path to directory with banners. Internet Cafe Administrator Client takes one by one in pre-determined order, with fixed timing (initial is 10 seconds)

There is possibility for setting banner on Internet Cafe Administrator Client. Internet Cafe Administrator Client can show animated GIF's and Flesh banners.

When user starts working, small Internet Cafe Administrator Client window shows with message about time for prepaid subscribers (cards) and message for postpaid users (members and guests). There are 40 buttons available now distributed in four categories, previously defined by Administrator.

Those buttons in fact represent shortcuts for certain applications. In this way, work is very simplified for users who do not have advanced IT knowledge.

Prepaid users, i.e. those subscribers who bought time cards can change their password under option "Change of password", which is in this window. Change of password is registered on Internet Cafe Administrator Server.
