Internet cafe administrator is complete internet cafe software designed and written for use in internet cafe and cyber cafe. It enables very professional and very simple control of business processes of internet cafe. It is adjusted for persons who do not need to have advanced computer and IT knowledge at all, so therefore it is very attractive and comprehensive in this aspect as well. On the other side, it is designed according to the best standards, whereby the stability and security of the complete system was taken into account. This internet cafe software consists of two independent programs. First program is Internet Cafe Administrator Server which is installed on the main computer in internet cafe. Internet Cafe Administrator Server has all registered users in database, time spent and etc. Second part of the application is Internet Cafe Administrator Client program which is installed on the rest of computers in internet cafe. Internet Cafe Administrator Server and Client will work on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP with full functionality. CLICK HERE FOR THE BEGINNING OF PAGE Who is member/subsciber/guest/ and what are their authorisations ? All three mentioned categories (member, subscriber and guest) could be commonly called users. User is your customer, i.e. a person who spends any number of hours in your internet cafe. Member is a person who registers (usually with some fee) and has some benefits. Member uses computer which operator releases for him, at the end of work, he gets an invoice/bill for the time spent. Member also has possibility of pre-paying a certain number of hours in advance, with the discount set by administrator. Every member can be found in table "Review subscibers", and each member is unequally identified by his ID number. Subscriber is a type of user who pre-pays certain number of hours in advance. He gets an invoice with user name, password automatically generated by program, number of pre-paid hours, price and deadline by which the paid time must be used. This person then becomes a registered subscriber, who is recorded in database of Internet Cafe Administrator Server subscribers, with the record of payment, and can be found in table "Review Subscribers". Each subscriber can change given password from client program, i.e. computer after he becomes active user, i.e. logs in. Guest is a person who uses computer, released by operator, and gets invoice for time spent. Guest does not have any privilages as member, nor he has time pre-paid in advance as subscriber. There are no records about user-guest in Internet Cafe Administrator Server database, nor he is required to submit it. Authorisations for all categories are bound for client program only. With user names and given password, it is possible to access client in case of subsciber, or after releasing the client in case of member or guest and that specific pre-paid time and computer is used by them. Operator+ is a person who will be running the management of internet cafe, i.e. who will be entering new users, keep track of their work, follow changes of status of users and etc. Operator+ can be registered only by the Administrator. This cyber cafe software enables more operators+ to be registered, whereby restricted authorisations are assigned. Operator+ authorisations are tightly bound to management and proper work of internet cafe. This include functions of Internet Cafe Administrator Server application under group "MEMBERS", "USERS" and under group "NETWORK", while the group "ADMINISTRATION" has only open option of changing only his (operator+) password. Difference between operator and operator+ is seen on Internet Cafe Administrator Client, where operator+ with his name and password can log and access client computer immeasurably. This time is recorded in database with his name in table "Review of administrators/operators", whereas operator does not have this possibility. Printing is done when you charge member/guest for the time spent, and right after registering new subscriber and in case of update of existing subscriber invoice. The invoice/bill contains name of client, name of subscriber, first program-generated password for subscriber, label for pre-paid/spent time, tariff per hour, total price and date/hour of invoice calculation/printing. Internet cafe administrator - Server prints invoices/bills on currently set printer (Default Printer) in the installed OS. However, this internet cafe software is set in the way, that current invoice/bill is best adjusted to cash-register printer.
